Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The Judicial Bureau of Pudong New Area, Shanghai is expected to relocate to a new office by the end of 2024. In order to meet daily office needs, the following facilities need to be constructed: 4F conference room pipelines, case handling business management system, 4F case review room multimedia equipment, 5F hearing room, temporary arbitration room multimedia equipment, 5F comprehensive command room multimedia equipment, 5F information platform multimedia equipment, 5F hearing room multimedia equipment, etc.

合同履约期限：合同签订后一个月交付完成。

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《****点击查看政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This procurement project implements policies and regulations related to government procurement that encourage and support energy-saving products, environmental certification products, support for small and medium-sized enterprises, welfare units for people with disabilities, prison enterprises, etc.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1)在中华人民**国境内注册并取得营业执照的法人单位，有相应的经营范围（提供三证合一或五证合一的营业执照）；
2)根据《政府采购促进中小企业发展管理办法》财库(2020〕46号第七条，本项目适宜由中小企业提供的，故本项目专门面向中小企业采购；
3)具有电子与智能化工程专业承包贰级及以上资质，具有安全生产许可证；
4)本项目联合投标不允许；
5)承接本项目后不得转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1) A legal entity registered and obtaining a business license within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with corresponding business scope (providing a business license that combines three or five certificates); 2) According to Article 7 of the Management Measures for Government Procurement to Promote the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (Caiku [2020] No. 46), this project is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises to provide, so it is specifically targeted for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises; 3) it has the qualification of second level or above for electronic and intelligent engineering professional contracting, and has a safety production license; 4) Joint bidding is not allowed for this project; 5) After undertaking this project, subcontracting is not allowed.
