****点击查看事务所应为**在墨西哥境内涉及PROFECO的事项提供全面法律支持，包括但不限于消费者投诉、调解程序、监管要求以及相关争议处理。

This project seeks to engage a law firm with substantial experience in consumer protection, PROFECO proceedings, and dispute resolution. The selected firm shall provide legal support throughout Mexico, assisting from the initial assessment of each matter through document preparation, attendance at hearings, communications with authorities, and final case closure, while contributing to the maintenance of favorable conciliation rates and efficient case management.

The selected law firm shall provide comprehensive legal support in connection with PROFECO matters throughout Mexico, including consumer complaints, conciliation procedures, regulatory requirements, and related disputes.

二.供应商资质要求：

2.1 律师事务****点击查看事务所资格及提供营业范围内的相关资质证书 (提供有效期相关资质证书的复印件并签署确认)

The Contractor and the members of the Project Team are qualified to practice law in Mexico (Contractor shall provide a copy of the valid certificates, signed by the Contractor)

2.2 律师事务所应具有良好的财务经营状态(提供财务报表或其他证明文件)

The Contractor shall have a well-developed operating condition (Contractor shall provide a copy of the financial statements or other supporting documents signed by the Contractor)

2.3 律师事务所****点击查看政府监管机构处罚或立案调查记录（提供承诺函）

The Contractor has no record of being punished or filed for investigation by the Mexico government regulatory authorities in the past three years (Contractor shall provide a letter of commitment on this matter)。
