| 项目内容 Project Content | 1.服务时间。村（居）法律顾问对每家服务单位每月固定接待不少于1次，每月累计服务时间不少于6小时，每季度至少举办1次法治宣传讲座，每月及时登录法到家小程序将服务排片表和服务情况进行记录。 2.服务时效。村（居）法律顾问在接到具体的、突发性的法律服务需求后，应及时提供法律服务，对疑难问题，应在规定时限内给予解答。 3.工作记录。村（居）法律顾问做好律师工作日志的记录，每月将工作数据上报给新场司法所。每年提交2篇以案释法工作案例，每年上交1篇工作总结。 4.事项报告。村（居）法律顾问在提供法律服务过程中，发现可能引发群体性事件的矛盾纠纷信息、村（居）依法治理存在问题的情况，以及其他法律顾问认为存在法律风险的事项，应及时向新场镇稳定办和司法所报告。 | |||
